Independent living demographics we serve include: Seniors, individuals making the transition from addiction to sobriety, individuals on low income, SSI, SSDI, Individuals looking for affordable housing and shared living spaces.

Independent Living residency criteria:

• The potential resident has completed a pre-residence interview and deemed appropriate for residency.
• The potential resident must be male/female and 18 years of age or older.
• The potential resident must agree in writing to abide by Calmcare healthy living’s rules and regulations and be willing to go to any length to achieve sobriety.
• The potential resident must be willing to sign a drug screen release.
• The potential resident must be willing to sign a release for a criminal background check.
• The potential resident must be independent (able to bath, cook and take their medication without any assistance)
