Calmcare Healthy Living and its associated non-profit were established in 2021, by Chinwe Moffatt, a dedicated healthcare professional with a rich background in pharmacy. Driven by a profound interest in social services, Chinwe envisioned an organization and a non-profit that could seamlessly blend healthcare, specifically medication management, with a steadfast commitment to addressing pressing issues such as homelessness among adults and veterans. In 2021, she translated this vision into reality by founding CalmCare Healthy Living, aiming to offer comprehensive support for high-risk adults, elderly care, and housing solutions for homeless individuals
