Since the inception of our first care home, CalmCare Healthy Living community outreach (CHLCO), has consistently delivered affordable and specialized housing options to a diverse range of special needs populations. Our properties and services stand out as exemplars in our state and local area, a testament to our dedication to creating safe, affordable, and all-inclusive living environments. Adopting an interdisciplinary management approach and a collaborative team mindset in our service offerings, we actively engage in partnerships with numerous local and state non-profits and governmental entities. This collaborative approach ensures that we can best address the varied needs of our community and offer holistic care. CHLCO takes a holistic approach to client intake by distinguishing ourselves from providers with rigid checklists. Most of our clients are referred through shared sources, including doctors, nurses, case workers, social workers, and even the families of other clients. This personalized approach allows our highly qualified staff to gain a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs, enabling informed decision-making and tailored care solutions.
